COMPETITIVE PRICING: Cash or Rent To Own?
You can always pay cash for your building. However, you do have the option to "Rent to Own". The monthly rent is closely comparable to the monthly rent you would pay for a storage facility. The benefit of choosing a Backyard building is that you will have a tangible building to own for your long term investment with no penalty for early pay off.
No Credit Check. Everyone is approved.
Another benefit to some is there is no credit check. No cumbersome applications and no one reviewing your credit history!
